A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up
B) For 30 minutes, choose 3 gymnastics moves to practice. (I.e. Handstand work, pull ups, Kipping, double Unders, toes to bar, etc…)
C) 3 rounds for times:
Row 250 m
50 squats
Rest 2 minutes between sets
