A) One length each:

High Knees

Butt Kicks

Bear Crawl

High Kicks

1/2 length Spider-Man crawl

1/2 length Duck Walk

Burgener/Thacker warm up

 

B) 20 minutes of Gymnastics work of your choice.

 

C) As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

30 seconds of Handstand hold

30 seconds squat hold

30 second L-sit hold

30 second top of chin-up hold

(Must accumulate all 30 seconds before you can move to the next exercise)
