A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
B) Take 20 minutes to work on any gymnastics moves that you want to work on. (I.e. Pull ups, handstands, pistols, double Unders, handstand walks, muscle ups, toes to bar… Etc.)
C) 5 minutes of thoracic mobility (wall stretch, bridge up, or skin the cat hold)
5 minutes of lower body mobility (side splits, pancake splits, etc.)
